Our Singapore customer wants a batch of high-performance junction box enclosures with 9 specification sizes. This client has been deeply involved in the electrical field for many years and has strict requirements for product quality. The junction boxes need to be operated stably for a long time in environments with high temperature, high humidity, and frequent vibration.
We use high-quality galvanized steel, which balances sturdiness and corrosion resistance, suitable for wiring protection needs in various industrial and civil scenarios. The enclosure is treated with hot-dip galvanizing process, combined with electrophoretic coating and spray painting double surface protection, which greatly improves rust resistance and anti-aging ability, effectively resists erosion from harsh environments such as humidity and dust, and extends the service life of the product.
We make rapid prototyping, responding to customer needs efficiently, shortening the prototyping cycle, and allowing customers to quickly confirm the specification and texture of the sample.
During the production process, we strictly control every process, from material cutting, forming to surface treatment and size calibration, with full-process refined control, to ensure precise product size, close interface fit, tacit cooperation with supporting equipment, convenient and stable installation.
